A letter should always have a personal touch. It makes the reader feel more comfortable. The letter should be more in the mould of a personal conversation. Try to make your points in least number of words. Make effective use of modern day writing techniques like bullets, headlines, parentheses, bold and italics features etc. a good letter can have wonderful effect on you and your business relationships.
